Bienvenidos Santos, as a Filipino poet, fictionist, nonfiction and short story writer, he received a lot of award like a Republic Cultural Heritage Award in literature and also the highest level award the Palanca awards for his short stories. Example of his book is Scent of Apples.
Carlos Bulosan, as a Filipino, he has a dedication to his life, this dedication is his key to sucess. even he is illiterate person when he go to America, he is hradworking to read alot of books, and because of that he is a writer.
